Refund Policy

Try before you buy: every install starts with a full-featured Pro trial, no card required. If you buy and IngestMD still isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

14-day refunds

Any first purchase (Pro monthly, Pro lifetime, or Team) is refundable in full within 14 days of the order, no questions asked. After a refund, the associated license key is deactivated.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you haven't meant to continue; just ask.

How to request one

Email [email protected] with your order email or order number, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Fair use

We reserve the right to decline refunds for repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or clear abuse. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
